Iowa Corn Awards NW Iowa District FFA Scavenger Hunt Winners

Iowa Corn recently engaged with over 700 FFA members from across northwest Iowa at the North West Iowa District FFA Contest held in Pocahontas. During their day, FFA members had the opportunity to participate in an Iowa Corn Mobile Education Unit Scavenger Hunt to learn more about corn and the 4,000 products that include corn ingredients. Individual prizes were also awarded including toy implements, t-shirts and hats. In the Iowa Corn trailer, students learned how corn is found in over 4,000 everyday products, including ethanol fuel, livestock feed, conventional household items, and more. Ten local FFA chapters were awarded  $200 to support their clubs for completion of the contest.
