Cinnamon Roll Cake
Cake Ingredients: 3 c. flour1/4 tsp.salt1 c. sugar4 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 c. milk2 eggs2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. butter, melted
Topping:1 c. butter, softened1 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. flour1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions:1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Slowly add the melted butter to the mixture and mix well 2. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan. 3. For the topping, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon until well combined. Drop evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife. 4. Bake at 350 for 28-32 minutes.
Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar5 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla
While warm drizzle glaze over the cake.
