A rich, healthy soil equates to black gold in the eyes of a farmer. But healthy soil doesn’t just create higher yields, it plays a crucial role in protecting water quality and much more!
That’s why Iowa Corn supports the Soil Health Partnership, a National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) five-year initiative that aims to identify, test and measure management practices that improve soil health and benefit farmers’ operations. The results of this farmer-led project will provide a platform for sharing information from farmers to farmers, with the support and resources to benefit farmers’ bottom lines and agricultural sustainability.
