Leadership

Iowa Corn Growers Association (ICGA) and Iowa Corn Promotion Board (ICPB) created the I-LEAD program to recruit men and women who are committed to agriculture and provide them with the tools they need to succeed as leaders.  Click here to learn more about I-LEAD.

ICGA and ICPB developed the CAT program to recruit college students who want to contribute to or support Iowa’s agricultural industry in some way.  Some students become actively involved by forming Iowa Corn student associations at their college while others contribute to outreach programs or events that support Iowa Corn.  Click here to learn more about CAT.

ICPB works to develop and defend markets, fund research, and provide education about corn and corn products.  The organization works to create opportunities for long-term Iowa corn grower profitability.  Click here to learn more about ICPB.

ICGA is a membership organization lobbying on agricultural issues on behalf of its 7,000 farmer members.  The association works to create opportunities for long-term Iowa corn grower profitability. Click here to learn more about ICGA.

Iowa Corn provides support to undergraduate or college students who are pursuing a degree in the agriculture industry.  Ten scholarships are awarded each year to high school students or students enrolled in an accredited two-year community college, four-year college, university, or graduate school.  Click here to learn more about the scholarship program.
