Corn Dry Milling grinds the corn into grits for further processing into chips, snack foods and industrial products.


Corn Wet Milling separates corn into its four major components: fiber, protein, oil and highly purified corn starch. The corn starch can be further processed into many different sweeteners, ethanol or feedstocks to make chemicals and plastics.
